With each service Medico Management provide a designated lead (secretarial, billing or management) for the practice, who is supported by the rest of our highly experienced and professional team. This ensures your practice is responsive 52 weeks of the year, however you only pay for the hours that are dedicated to your practice!

Our highly experienced and trained medical secretaries provide a professional and personal touch, with each practice having a named secretarial lead that both the consultant and patients have direct contact with.
In addition to this, the lead secretary is supported by our team, thus ensuring that your practice is active 52 weeks of the year. There are no breaks in the practice for sickness or annual leave. Your practice phone line will always be answered, and emails always actioned, with new and existing patients always reaching your practice.

With over 10 years of experience our medical billing our rigorous and personalised processes ensure that your practice is responsive and profitable. Patients speak to the medical secretary and/or medical billing manager ensuring continuity of care throughout their time with the practice.
Practice accounts are managed by our team, who use one of the leading accounting software packages in the UK, ensuring that accurate monthly reports and end of year practice accounts are provided.
Practice debt is kept to a minimum by following our tired and tested internal robust process ensuring that each outstanding invoice is monitored. There is also the facility to use an external debt collection company if ever required.
